tsiphor "bird".
Though not the commonest word it represents the general concept "bird",
in Hos 11:11 it is rendered
"dove", while in Ps 84:3
(Hebrew v.4) it is a "sparrow" and Gen 15:9-10
both "a (turtle)dove" and "a young pigeon", often as in
Am 3:5 the "bird"
