שׁפך shpk "pour out" though it can be used of soup (Jdgs 6:20) most often in the Bible it refers to "shedding blood", in Amos שׁפך appears only in the hymn fragment 5:8 and 9:6. (Does this tone influence how we hear the statement that Adonai "pours out the water of the sea across the land"?)
