רוּחַ ruach
"wind, spirit" three words in English describe the three main uses
of ruach: "wind, breath, & spirit" it can be used of the
Spirit of God, for example as the influence which falls on Saul when he "acts
the prophet" (1 Sam 10:6; 19:23). It occurs only once in Amos, at 4:13, in a hymn. Here God
could be the "creator of wind" or of (the human) "spirit"?
